A global sports-technology company with 20+ years of experience, supporting over 140 world-renowned elite sports organisations.

 

I lead the design and continuous optimisation of team rewards and loyalty programmes as well as two other products, owning their visual direction, user experience, and overall performance. My work focuses on shaping intuitive, engaging journeys that strengthen fan engagement while aligning closely with brand and business objectives.

I deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions across multiple digital products — from early discovery and user flows through wireframing, high-fidelity design, and final delivery. I collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are both visually refined and technically scalable.

​

Through data-informed design decisions, user feedback, and performance insights, I continuously improve usability, visual quality, and overall user satisfaction. This iterative approach helps reduce friction, enhance clarity, and deliver measurable impact across user experiences.

Campaign Manager

I led the full redesign of a Campaign Manager platform, elevating both its user experience and visual identity to reflect a more refined, modern product standard. The focus was on bringing clarity to complex workflows — restructuring information architecture, refining interaction patterns, and establishing a cohesive design system to ensure long-term consistency and scalability.

Through thoughtful UX decisions and considered visual design, the platform evolved into a more intuitive and elegant experience, enabling teams to plan, launch, and optimise campaigns with greater ease and confidence. The result is a streamlined interface that improves usability while strengthening the product’s overall sophistication and future design foundation.

Stadium TA

I am leading the redesign of Fortress’ Stadium Ticket Access product — a stadium access and fan insights platform that enables venue teams to monitor crowd flow, capacity, and fan spending in real time. The objective is to bring clarity and sophistication to a complex operational environment by transforming dense data and multiple touchpoints into a cohesive, intuitive experience.

 

The work includes restructuring information architecture, refining critical user journeys, and establishing a scalable design system across web and mobile interfaces. Particular attention is given to visualising entry flows, capacity distribution, and payment insights in ways that support fast, confident decision-making during high-pressure live events.

The result is a more elegant, highly usable platform that enables teams to oversee stadium access, better understand fan behaviour, and optimise operational efficiency — while setting a strong, future-ready design foundation.

Loyalty Programme

I contribute to the ongoing evolution of a multi-team sports loyalty platform used by professional organisations, including MLB, MLS, and other elite teams, to deepen fan engagement through rewards, content, and interactive experiences. My focus is on elevating key areas of the product to enhance clarity, consistency, and overall design sophistication.

This involves refining user journeys, modernising visual language, and strengthening component systems to ensure a cohesive experience across diverse teams, brands, and fan bases. Particular attention is given to balancing distinct team identities with a unified, scalable product framework.

​

The result is a more polished and intuitive platform that strengthens fan connection, improves usability, and supports continued growth across multiple sports organisations while maintaining a premium, future-ready design standard.
